KAAN is a cloud software that works as through the browser. The computer therefore only needs a browser. The software behind KAAN runs independently on our secure servers. Therefore, no further IT infrastructure is required to operate KAAN in your company.
KAAN is a state-of-the-art software that requires modern web browsers/ internet browsers to work. The most popular browsers are supported independently of the operating system. Following are the browsers listed:

How should KAAN be initialized?Basically, this procedure is not necessary, but it is recommended to perform all functions of KAAN correctly. All suggested initialization steps can be executed or changed at any time. The importance of each step is sorted chronologically - the first 3 steps are highly recommended. first Make basic settings
First, set up your company data as best you can. Go to the main settings (gear down-left in the main menu) and this view on the tab "General". Here basic data, address and contact details will be queried by you. Then click on the "Save" button below-right to confirm.second Enter user information / information about yourself
That you recognize colleagues in the system and that you can find yourself here, we recommend the entry of your data + the submission of a profile photo in your personal settings. To do this, please change to your personal settings (click on the image / icon via the gear wheel in the main menu, below-left) and click on "Edit". Here you can enter your information. When you are done, save the information by clicking on the "Save" button below-right.3rd Make accounting settings
Switch to the document settings (in the main menu click on "Documents" and then on "Settings") and fill out the tab "General" (will be displayed immediately) as best you can. Important here are the details of your VAT (depending on your company name) and at least the statement of a business / bank account. When you have finished, click on the "Save" button below-right.4th Adjust color and background
In the main settings, go to the "View / Design" tab. Here you can define your company logo, a background image, the system color and the basic design (light or dark) (if you want). All entries are made exclusively to your account - only the company logo is also made available to other accounts / users of your company. All settings will be displayed as a preview, so you can see immediately whether your settings look good for you (but the settings are not permanently saved). If you have made the desired one-clicks, click on the "Save" button on the bottom right, so that these settings are permanently adopted.5th Additional / Add more users
Add more users to the KAAN system, who should also have access to everything. To do this, switch to your personal settings. Here you will find the heading "User" on the right side. Underneath, all users that have already been created are displayed. Here users can also be managed. To add a user, click on the "Add" button under the heading "User". Fill in the required information as well as possible (e-mail address, last name and password are mandatory) and then click on the "Save" button in the lower right corner of the window to save the user.6th Set document layout
Go to the document settings and go to the tab "Layout". Here you can set an already existing business paper, the font, Faltmarken etc. The position of the logo can be previewed in the preview on the left side of the view via drag'n'drop (click on the logo, keep pressed while simultaneously moving the mouse / finger to the desired position, move).
How can I quickly find / change data?
If you are logged in to the system, you will always have a search field at the top-right to start your search. In this search field you can search from any view: customers, documents, appointments and employees / staff. The search field will show you suggestions for your query. If necessary, click on the appropriate suggestion to navigate directly to this page.
How can I register / sign up for the KAAN system initially?
In order to use the KAAN system, you have to register once. Of course, there are no costs, etc. In the browser, navigate to: https://kaan.systems/registrieren-anmelden.php or on https://kaan.services/auth/register/ or when logging in to the system, click " Register "or click on the big button up-right on the website of KAAN. Now you will be asked for your e-mail address, a password and the company name. All information is required. Please enter the password correctly 2x for security, so that a typing error can be excluded. Be sure to include a correct and working e-mail address on which you also have access, as you will then need to confirm this e-mail address. Once you have entered your information, click on the "Register" button below-right.Confirm email address
After clicking on the "Register" -button your entries will be checked. If these entries are correct, you will receive a corresponding success message. In addition, you will receive an e-mail from us with a button or link on which you must click / tap to complete the registration or to confirm your e-mail address. If everything worked out, you should see a success message in your web browser after the click. You can now log in to KAAN with your details from the registration form.
How can I reset my password / login without password?
In the Login to KAAN view, there is a link below the password entry field on the right side with the words "Forgot your password?" - click on this link to get a password reset window. In the window that opens, enter your e-mail address with which you have registered with KAAN. After entering, click on the "Reset password" button below-right. If your e-mail address is correct and found in the system, you will receive an e-mail from KAAN in which there is a button or link. Click on this link. You should now have received a request to enter a new password in your web browser. Enter your new password 2x and click on the button below-right. If you receive a success message, you can log in directly in the system with your newly-selected password and your e-mail address.
How can I log into the KAAN system?
Go to https://kaan.services/auth/ or click the Sign In button on the right , in the colored bar on the website of KAAN. Here you enter your e-mail address and your password, which you entered during registration. Then click on the "Login" button on the right. If successful, you will get into the system - if you fail, you will receive appropriate information, which is why the application is unsuccessful.
